Lanc
& Tully Engineering and Surveying, P.C.,
is a firm specializing in Civil Engineering and Surveying, providing
consulting and design services for site development and land planning for
private and municipal clients. The
firm was established in April 1985, and the principals have been working in
the area over thirty years. Lanc
& Tully, P.C. currently employs thirty people, including six licensed
Professional Engineers, two licensed Land Surveyors, one licensed
Professional Planner, several staff Engineers, Engineering and Surveying
Technicians, Construction Inspectors, CADD Operators, and Survey field crews.

Our Land Surveying department provides boundary,
topographic, and ALTA/ACSM surveys, village, town, city and county line determination
surveys, annexation surveys, GPS positional surveys, right-of-way and easement
surveys, accident surveys, legal descriptions, construction stakeouts for
buildings and utilities, and record (as-built) drawings. |
Our Land Planning department provides services ranging from feasibility
studies and Environmental Impact Statements to final subdivision plans and
site plans for both residential and commercial developments. We
assist private clients with conceptual planning services during initial
project design phases, and provide continuing design services throughout the
life of the project. We have extensive
experience in the representation of development projects in front of municipal
review boards and other local, county and state agencies (such as the New York
State Department of Environmental Conservation, and U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers). |

Our firm has multiple
computer workstations equipped with AutoCAD Land Desktop for use in the design and drafting of surveys and engineering
development plans. |
We currently provide municipal engineering services to
the Towns of Hamptonburgh, Chester, Mamakating and Wawarsing (Planning Board and Highway
Department); the Villages of Monroe, Montgomery and Harriman; and the City of Beacon.

We have been professional consultants for Newburgh, Blooming Grove, East
Fishkill, Montgomery, Wallkill, Village of Washingtonville, City of Middletown, and
Orange County.
We are involved in the design of municipal water supply systems,
sanitary sewer systems, storm drainage, and road reconstructions.

Our services also include the design of wells and pump
stations, water storage tanks, water treatment facilities, water distribution
systems, sewage treatment plants, etc. In
addition, we provide engineering and land planning services to municipal
planning boards by reviewing the plans submitted to them. |

We provide full-time construction inspection of
development projects, and follow-up inspection of the installation and
testing of water mains, sewers, storm drainage pipes, roads, curbs,
sidewalks, individual water wells, sewage disposal systems, and other
construction improvements for municipalities, banks, mortgage companies,
private clients and others. |
