Driving Directions:

FROM NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY (Route 87): Take the NYS Thruway 87(North) towards Harriman. Get off at Exit 16 and take Route 17 (West) towards Middletown, NY. Stay on Rte 17 (West) and Exit at Exit 124 (Goshen). At traffic light, make a left. Go to next light (Mobil and Exxon gas stations will be on your right) make a right turn onto Route 207 (Goshen). Follow Route 207 through town. After you pass the Orange County Government Center (on your left) we are approx 2½ miles further. On your left you will see a large sign for “Clover Knoll”, we are two buildings after that on your left side.

FROM I-84: Take I – 84 towards Middletown. Get off at Exit 5 (Maybrook). At traffic light make a left onto Rte. 208. Go under overpass for I-84. At 2^nd traffic light (approx 500 feet), make a right onto Neelytown Rd (Rte. 99). Travel along Neelytown Rd to the end where you will have to turn. Make a left onto Rte. 416. Continue along Rte. 416, approximately 1 mile after you pass the Orange County Thomas Bull Park on your right side, you will come to an intersection where Rte. 416 merges into Rte. 207. Continue straight on Rte. 207. We are approx. 1 mile from where 416 & 207 merge. Lanc & Tully is on the right-hand side of the road. It is a modern cedar and stone building.
