WARWICK GROVE, Warwick, New York
Design of Site Plan for a traditional neighborhood
development. Site engineering services included design of water
distribution system, sanitary collection system, on-site drainage
collection system, roadways and
pedestrian walks, amphibian
crossings for state-listed endangered species, and preparation of
Subdivision and Site Plans. Provided boundary and topographic
surveys and construction stakeout of site improvements. Construction
observation and monitoring.
HARRIMAN BUSINESS PARK, Harriman, New York
Site Planning for a 72-acre parcel including 400,000
square feet of retail space located at the New York State
Thruway/Route 17 Interchange with portions of the project in the
Town of Monroe and Town of Woodbury. Services included site planning
and design of the wastewater collection system, a 21,000 gallon per
day wastewater treatment plant, a water
distribution system, storm
water collection and treatment system, roadways and parking
facilities design. Lanc & Tully prepared the boundary and
topographic surveys, site plan drawings and coordinated the
environmental review and approvals process with the Towns of Monroe
and Woodbury, as well as other regulatory agencies.
ORANGE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, Middletown, New York
Design of Site Plan for first new hospital built in
New York State in 20 years. Design included building site, roadway
and parking
facilities, water & sewer facilities, low-impact storm
water management facilities, site grading, earthwork analysis and
balancing. Project was fast-tracked and received final approval from
Town of Wallkill in 16 months.
CITY OF BEACON, Beacon, New York
Lanc & Tully has provided municipal consulting
services for the City of Beacon since 1987. Services include the
planning and design of roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction,
water distribution systems, new water storage tanks, sanitary sewer
collection systems, sewage pump stations, and storm water management
facilities. The firm recently provided GPS mapping of the City's
infrastructure for the development of a GIS database that will
enable the City to track their facilities and required maintenance.
Lanc & Tully coordinates services with City personnel including the
Mayor, City Administrator, and Department Supervisors. Lanc & Tully
provides construction administration services for municipal and
privately owned projects and planning consulting services for the
City Planning Board, along with the development of various City
Codes in conjunction with the City Planner.
