Lanc & Tully has provided municipal consulting services for the City of Beacon since 1987. Services include the planning and design of roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction, water distribution systems, new water storage tanks, sanitary sewer collection systems, sewage pump stations, and stormwater management facilities. The firm recently provided GPS mapping of the City’s infrastructure for the development of a GIS database that will enable the City to track their facilities and required maintenance. Lanc & Tully coordinates services with City personnel including the Mayor, City Administrator, and Department Supervisors. Lanc & Tully provides construction administration services for municipal and privately owned projects and planning consulting services for the City Planning Board, along with the development of various City Codes in conjunction with the City Planner.
