Site Planning or a 72-acre parcel including 400,000 square feet of retail space located at the New York State Thruway/Route 17 Interchange with portions of the project in the Town of Monroe and Town of Woodbury. Services included site planning and design of the wastewater collection and treatment systems, roadways and parking facilities design. Lanc & Tully prepared the boundary and topographic surveys, site plan drawings and coordinated the environmental review and approvals process with the Towns of Monroe and Woodbury, as well as other regulatory agencies.
